Why Do I like Helping Physical Therapists?

I would like to give you a little background story on why I love helping physical therapists.
Several years ago someone close to me suffered a stroke. The hospital he ended up at was not equipped to handle his condition. He was in a coma for several days constantly having seizures. After 3 days he was transferred to an appropriate hospital where he received the proper care. However as a result of the situation at age 23 he was left completely paralyzed on the right side of his body, unable to talk, let alone walk or have any semblance of normal life. You can imagine the devastation: his life and those close to him.
Over the next couple of years through physical therapy and occupational therapy he slowly improved. Learning to speak again was not easy for him but he can now speak in short sentences. He went from getting around in a wheelchair to walking with a cane and last year walking unassisted. He is even to the point now of driving a car!
This all thanks to the care and assistance he received from his amazing physical and occupational therapists over the years. This young man was given a second chance at life, a life worth living, because of everyday heroes like you. His medical doctors saved his life but it’s thanks to his physical therapists and occupational therapists that he enjoys the quality of life he now has. This is why I’m so pleased to be able to assist physical therapists and occupational therapists like you with your billing.
